Why can't i see more than 15 files in the file section?

When I click a file category, like this one: http://www.bwfiles.com/files/category.php?id=59

I can only see 15 files, yet the site says there should be 77 items in that category! In fact, it doesn't look like any of the categories has more than 15 items in them, regardless of how many files are supposed to be there.

This is an ongoing  problem just have to wait for it to be fixed.
